The Greatest Tip a Student Has Ever Received

This story came from one of our school owners in Washington, Joe Trieu at Evergreen Beauty and Barber College. It’s a true testament to the successful Nuts and Bolts Business trained graduates they are producing. Read on to hear this endearing story about one of their students, Oscar.

So, I am emailing you with proof because you just won’t believe me unless I showed you this.  This is the biggest tip any Evergreen Future Professional has ever received.  And you can just imagine, when I mean big, I mean big!  I’m not talking $20…or $100…or $500…. Or $1000!  I’m talking a full car!!!!!
 
Oscar is a cosmetologist of ours, watch our Jim for business student of the year. He buses every day to school and English is a second language.  Ms. Barbara Houston is a long client of ours, she will be relocated to San Fran, CA.  She mentioned that Oscar as done such a wonderful job take care of her, giving her the utmost 5 star customer service, introduced her to all sorts of services and retail that she had a gift for him.  Every time she tipped Oscar after her service, she was not sure if it was enough because she was living on a tight budget, but Oscar always made her feel as though she tipped him a $1 million.  Anyhow, rather than driving down to Cali, she decided to write her car over to Oscar as a way to say thank you for everything he has done.  Attached you will see the license paperwork and the affidavit.  Oscar smiled at me and said, dang, this nuts & bolts stuff really works.
 
If people are not listening, they need to start listening and doing 5 star for every guest, every time.
